A travel bag manufacturing and distribution company located in Saint Leonard is looking for a bilingual Account Specialist with expertise in end products.

    Salary: $19.23 per hour
    Flexible schedule: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, 7 hour shift (the option to start your work day between 7:30AM and 9AM)
    Contract employment with the possibility of extension
    Start date: as soon as possible
    Workplace: 4 days at the office in Saint-Leonard and 1 day at home
    Training: one week training at the office

    Responsibilities
    You will be responsible as a bilingual Customer Account Specialist for :
    - Providing support to the boutique customer service and supplier service teams and distributor
    - Responding to customer questions and concerns regarding their merchandise via email and telephone
    - Provide outstanding customer service
    - Update records
    - Follow up on products


    Qualifications
    As a Customer Account Specialist, you must :

    - Good communication skills in French and English
    - Have a minimum of 3 years experience in customer service and data entry
    - Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
    - Experience with an order management system (an asset)
    - Logistics experience is a plus!


    Summary
    Schedule: Full time-35 hours
    Location: 4 days in the office and 1 day at home

    Salary: $19.23 per hour
    Start date: As soon as possible
