This is a contract position with the potential of going permanent after 3 months. To find out more information, read below.
This is a full-time position.
Hours of Operation: Tuesday to Saturday / Sunday to Thursday - 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
Salary: 17.50$
Location: 3490 Rue Griffith, Saint-Laurent QC H4T 1A7
Bilingual in French and English is mandatory.
Prior experience in customer service is preferred

Responsibilities
Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues
Monitor progress of delivery routes
Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Qualifications
- Bilingual
- Good phone & email etiquette
- Customer service focus
- Quick troubleshooting skills
- Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook (beginner)
