Responsibilities
- Receive and enter all orders received by phone, fax, email and Alligacom system in our computer system;
- Reconfirm to buyers each order received (price and delivery date);
- Print each order and submit them to the shipping department;
- Respond to requests from customers and representatives as soon as possible and solve or refer problems to resource people;
- Validate the quantities to be produced with the production planner, when applicable;
- Assist with invoicing;
- Assist accounts receivable, as needed;
- Other related tasks.
SQF/HACCP requirements:
- Ensure that his actions in his function support the manufacture of products with the quality and food safety criteria defined by the company;
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of the SQF food safety code and report any food safety problem to the personnel authorized to intervene;
Qualifications
- High school diploma;
- Bilingual French and English, spoken and written;
- Basic accounting and experience in customer service;
- Ability to organize and manage several files simultaneously;
- Thoroughness and precision in data entry;
- Good knowledge of the WINDOWS, OFFICE, NAV interface;
- Have interpersonal skills and diplomacy;
- Being able to work under pressure;
- Listening;
- Able to work in a team;
- Autonomy and versatility.
