Responsibilities
The tasks of the customer service agent in Blainville:
• Create and maintain a relationship of trust with customers and partners;
• Take calls from customers and partners (Call Center);
• Make development and follow-up calls;
• Manage customer orders through various digital platforms;
• Create new clients, follow up on specific requests and manage special programs;
• Ability to assimilate knowledge in order to answer questions about the various programs;
• Write and send the necessary correspondence;
• Conduct quality surveys.
Qualifications
- Bilingualism required (English and French)
- Mastery of the MS Office Suite
- Excellent sense of customer service
- Collaborative spirit
- Smile in voice
- Good priority management
- Autonomy
