We are looking for several customer service agents to work in the sunny and renovated brokerage firm specializing in travel and personal health insurance located in Brossard.

Here are the details of the positions:

Position: Customer Service Representative - Insurance Sector
Location: South Shore of Montreal (Brossard)
Salary: $ 17.50 / hrs
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 am to 8 pm and Saturday from 8.30 am to 5 pm for a total of 37.5 hours / week
Training: 3 weeks completed and paid then MFA examination - passage 70% compulsory

** Obligation to pass the AMF permit - the examination is conditional on the position and is offered free of charge by the employer.

You'll have to:
- Answer incoming calls from customers with questions about their travel and health insurance memberships
- Advise insurance members and ensure they offer the best solution according to their needs
- Provide consistent quality assistance to customers.
