We are looking for a customer service agent in Anjou to join a dynamic and professional team. This company in the industrial field in full expansion has an urgent need to fill. This contract is available immediately until December with the possibility of a permanent position thereafter.
Under the direction of the Department Manager, the Customer Service Agent will work closely with the team to respond to customer requests and ensure that the administrative management of the department is up to date. Responsibilities
Respond to customer requests such as price inquiries, problem resolution, documentation requests, parts and services requests, etc.
Provide administrative support to representatives, administration and management of the company
Communicate with the different departments of the company
Management of the data bank
Qualifications
- Similar experience of 3 years.
- Experience in a manufacturing or chemical environment is an asset
- Have a customer oriented approach
- Bilingualism in French and English.
- Knowledge of the Office Suite.
