Under the responsibility of the manager, the customer service agent will have to manage order taking, verification and follow-up. You will also have the opportunity to learn the range of products offered and will be able to advise customers in their efforts.

Responsibilities
• Take orders from customers and ensure order entry
•Respond to customer requests and advise them on products and services
•Ensure complete follow-up of orders from receipt to shipment
•Ensure proactive communication with customers on all aspects of orders and transport and delivery schedules
Qualifications
•Bilingual French/English (spoken and written)
•1 to 3 years of experience in a customer service position or related experience
•Have a customer-focused approach
• Great organizational and structural capacity
