Are you looking for a new job that will let you exercise your customer service muscles while learning new skills at the same time? Do you enjoy talking to many different people each day and helping them out? Do you have experience working in a call center or other high volume customer service role? Then we might just have the role you’ve been looking for!

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to work in the heart of Ottawa, just west of downtown. You’ll be responsible for providing world class customer service to callers over the phone and via email! This Ottawa office is a great space to work and we know you’ll love it here!

-Hours of work between 8am and 6pm (may need to occasionally work until 8pm depending on business needs)

What you’ll do here?
-Receive calls, emails, chats and video calls
-Assist clients with solving complex problems
-Provide advice and suggestions based on certain policies
-Help establish the client's budget within certain guidelines
-Assist other departments as necessary to ensure a great customer experience


What will make you successful?
-Bilingualism in French and English will be considered a strong asset
-Must have previous call centre experience
-Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
-Background in relocation services, real estate, mortgages, finance, or legal affairs would be considered an asset
-High attention to detail and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
-Love problem solving
-Must be eligible to obtain a government security clearance
