Your daily routine will include :
-Answering customers' questions about products
-Preparing quotations
-Rigorous order taking and follow-ups
-Supporting sales reps on the road
-Learning the many products in inventory
Qualifications
Qualifications required for this position:
-Bilingualism in both French and English, with strong oral and written communication skills, as you will be managing customer relationships with clients who speak either French or English exclusively
-Highschool diploma
-2 years' experience in a similar position
-A good asset: experience in the industrial sector or an interest in mechanical engineering
-Sense of priorities
-Team spirit
-Multi-tasking, problem-solving skills
-Knowledge of MS Office software
