If so we have an excellent opportunity for you! We are currently looking for a Customer Service and Admin Support to support an independent and globally diverse asset management firm in Mississauga. If hired you will work full-time hours on 6-month assignment, be paid $14.75 per hour, and be responsible for supporting day-to-day activities for customers, including the following:

* Ensure customer issues and escalations are resolved or further escalated as appropriate
* Coordinate the print job intake process, prioritizing and assigning jobs
* Complete and maintain all logs and reports including month-end reports
* Distributing mails
* Assisting clients face to face and through phones

Qualifications
* 2 years of experience in supporting clients
* Understanding of digital printing devices
* Understanding of how to clear jams and swap Customer Replaceable Units
* Ability to complete the following offline finishing requirements: cutting, scoring, Cerlox/Wire-o punching, booklet making.
* Understanding of mail and courier functions (office size inserter, mailing machine, processing Fed Ex and Purolator packages)
* Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
* Excellent communication and Customer service skills
* Flexibility and a can-do attitude.
