    Our client in Dollard Des Ormeaux who is in the distribution industry is currently looking for a customer service and order desk representative. This person will be responsible for handling customer inquiries,following up with customers, and tracking shipments . They will also be responsible for other tasks provided by the employer.

    Advantages
    Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5PM
    Salary $40,000-$50,000
    Contract for 2 months with possibility of extension
    Work for a leader in the industry
    Full benefits (RRSP, Dental, Medical) (after contract to hire)



    Responsibilities
    Answer customer questions by phone
    Take the necessary steps to answer their questions
    Schedule pickup
    Enter orders in the system, data entry processes
    Follow up on customer inquiries and handle problems
    Create labels if needed for tracking purposes
    Search for lost packages
    Other related tasks

    Qualifications
    Order Desk or Data Entry experience
    English Spoken with functional French
    Experience in problem solving
    Ability to work under pressure
    Autonomous, resourceful
    Someone who is good with multitasking
