We are currently looking for someone to join a major Canadian distributor on their project team as a Customer Service and Order Entry agent. Working out of this centrally located branch just east of downtown Ottawa, you must be highly motivated, organized and have great time management skills. You don't need expereince of working in the electrical industry, but if you know a little bit about it, it could only be considered an asset!!

Responsibilities
Assist clients with inquiries regarding shipping, guidelines and products
Responsible for servicing clients by phone, email and in person
Follow up on open orders with clients
Enter new orders into the system
Qualifications
Bilingualism in English/French would be an asset
1-3 years of Customer service experience
Strong customer service and relationship building skills
Takes initiative and is adaptable
Good organizational, time management and prioritization skills
Computer literacy, including Microsoft word, Excel
Knowledge of Lotus would be an asset
Knowledge of the electrical industry would be an asset
