We have the ideal position for you. This automobile company operates across Canada and is constantly expanding. We are therefore looking for a team supervisor in customer service and sales to meet the high demand. Reporting to the Department Head, here are some of the tasks you will have to do for this permanent position located in Pointe Claire:

- Manage a team of customer service and sales agents, ensure constant member satisfaction, ensure that employees provide prompt and efficient service
- Plan, organize and coordinate the control of all customer service activities, events and training
-Create new processes and initiatives to increase efficiency and structure
-Develop a sale strategies to increase buiness with existing and old clients


Position: Supervisor in Customer Service and Sales Consulting
Salary: between 60K and 65K depending on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Location: Pointe-Claire
