Responsibilities
Responsible for completing the ordering process, which includes proposing sales prices based on established profit margins and generating purchase orders.
- Take telephone orders and/or answer customers at the counter;
- Enter orders into the computer system and ensure follow-up;
- Ensure the accuracy of information related to quotes and orders in the system
Act as a kitchen and bath consultant for our general/regular clientele and also for plumbing contractors.
Advise customers on product and accessory choices and complete the sale of kitchen and bath products.
Enter orders into the computer system.
Ensure that deadlines are met.
Any other related task.
Qualifications
2 to 3 years experience in retail sales (asset).
Comfortable with the public, patient and good listener.
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (asset).
Knowledge of plumbing products (asset).
Customer service oriented attitude.
Willingness to learn.
Bilingual (English and French) (Spoken and Written)
