who and how you will provide support:

· maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via phone and email
· doing data entry and order entry
· demonstrating ownership of the business on his/her assigned territory by understanding fully the industrial environment, assessing and identifying the key customers
· manage communication via email or phone
· organize and coordinate special projects as required
· develop a structure for new processes and implement them
· thrive in a complex business environment that is constantly being shaped by competitive activities, government legislation, and technological developments
· plan and assist on Industry’s conferences and events

what you NEED to be successful in this role:

· excellent verbal and written communication skills, clear and concise speaking abilities
· university or college degree in business, administrative studies or any other related degree
· 2 + years’ experience in customer service field
· computer savvy and ability to be trained and become proficient with various software applications
· able to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
· strong attention to detail
· self-starter with the ability to work independently with very little supervision.
· intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
