Permanent position

Responsibilities
Here are the responsibilities you will have as a communication operator
- Participate in the training on the equipment and the operation of the network, development of expertise
- Be in charge of customer support on the entire network, assisting customers
- Carry out communications on the different platforms, automated displays (information on service, as well as delays or probable disruptions on the line)
- Assist passengers, intervene in situations requiring emergency services
- Access control, alarms
Qualifications
You have what it takes for the position of communication operator:
- Be perfectly bilingual in En & Fr
- Experience in call center, dispatch, customer care or intervention
- Good communication, strong customer service skills
- Comfortable with technology or telecommunication/computer tools
- Organizational skills: to be able to handle the volume of calls
- Good control and self-confidence to intervene effectively in emergency situations
- Available for 24 hour shifts
