Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (35 hours/week, flexible spread over 4 or 5 days)

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Booking Agent, you will:
-Assist customers with booking healthcare services
-Coordinate and manage customer bookings efficiently
-Monitor schedules and ensure timely service delivery
-Implement customer assistance plans using software
-Adjust schedules as needed
-Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees
-Compile weekly statistics
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or booking coordination
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (as some customers are English-speaking)
- Comfortable working from the office
