Are you a confident customer service representative who is looking for a permanent, full - time opportunity in Nanaimo? Do you enjoy speaking with people, offering excellent customer service and strong problem-solving skills? Are you looking to join a rapidly growing company in Nanaimo immediately? If you answered yes, then we are looking for you.

We are currently looking for customer service call center representatives to join a dynamic and energetic team. What the company does?
They are a front-leader of medical and recreational cannabis.
What will your role involve?
Providing excellent customer service over the phone, email and live-chat to customers. You will monitor orders using the CRM system. You will have fully paid training and benefits after 3 months!

Other responsibilities will include:
- Providing a great customer service experience to customers
- Responding to all inquiries in an efficient and effective manner
- Conduct follow up calls/emails to ensure order accuracy
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge
- Process all new and existing orders to keep a high level of order management. Responsible for accurate entry and tracking of customer orders
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Identify sales opportunities and up-sell when appropriate
- Other administrative duties as needed

Hour of Operations:
This opportunity is full - time and permanent.
You will be scheduled for 4 shifts/week, working 10 hours/day. You will get 3 days off!
Shifts available include:
Days: 5:00am - 3:30pm AND Nights: 7:00pm - 5:30am

Qualifications
Customer service experience is required
Call Centre experience is an asset
Excellent computer skills
Great at building and maintaining relationships
Excellent communication skills
