Randstad is Hiring Customer Service Call Centre Representatives for a 2 month assignment (with possibility of extension) starting Wednesday, September 25th in North York.

This is your opportunity to work in a TOP growing call centre in Canada, utilize your Customer Service experience, and enjoy working in rich culture!

- Customer Service Representative / Call Centre Agent

- North York, Toronto (Leslie and Sheppard)

September 25th 2019 to November 25th 2019
2 month contract (with possibility of extension for top performers)

Hours of Operation:
7:00 am - 11:00 pm
Monday- Sunday

You will be scheduled for full time hours, 5 days/week for a total of 37.5-40 hours/week.
Must be flexible to work weekday and weekend shifts.

Pay rate: $14.00 per hour

Responsibilities include:
• Addressing customer inquiries
• First point of contact for customers
• Trouble shooting and technical support
• Thoroughly document all customer communication on computer
• Navigate computer systems
