Customer Service Coordinator
Permanent position - full time 40h/week
Location : Anjou - 100% on site
Schedule : Monday to Friday / 6h00 am to 2h00 pm
Salary: 19-22$.
Advantages

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm

Responsibilities
Daily duties will be :
- Hand out route assignments to crews at the beginning of each shift (routes are established in advance by the manager)
- Confirm appointments 20 minutes prior to each arrival of a service crew and
and notify the customer of any delays, if any
- Follow up in the client files
- Ensure that the evening shift is informed of any particularity in order to relay between
between the day and evening dispatchers
- Provide service support to various external and internal clients
Qualifications
Desired skills:
- Mastery of the French and English languages, both oral and written
- Knowledge of the Office suite and the use of a CRM
- Experience in dispatch is an asset
- Good customer service skills
- Communication skills (internal, external, interdepartmental)
