Are you an organized, autonomous customer service coordinator who values teamwork? Are you dynamic, proactive and provide exceptional service? We work in collaboration with a company located in Brossard, but present on the Canadian market. We want to expand our team with a customer service coordinator.

Responsibilities
The new Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Take customer orders by phone and email
- Answer customer questions regarding availability and selection
- Create quotes and follow up with suppliers
- Resolve problems related to orders: colors, models, etc.
- Generate reports according to the company's internal procedures
- Complete the order process by mentioning the products delivered
- Communicate regularly with dealers
- Provide excellent service throughout the process from order to delivery
Qualifications
To apply, you must:
- Have at least 3 years experience in customer service (for a car dealership an asset)
- Have a good knowledge of the Offce suite (you will have to do some tests)
- Be versatile, organized and have an excellent sense of customer service
- Be dynamic, proactive and enjoy teamwork
