    - Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
    - Full Kitchen on site

    Responsibilities
    • Entering shipments and receipts into the system
    • Following and updating schedule in real time
    • Ensuring unloading/loading times are being kept
    • Verifying incoming shipments accurately (matching products to the receiving sheets)
    • Scheduling pick ups / drop offs
    • Balancing Inventory of on-going and finished projects
    • Communicating late/Missed arrivals with customers
    • Managing Shipping/receiving Forklift operators
    • Aiding in daily inventory counts

    Qualifications
    • High School Diploma and/or all other relevant education.
    • Bilingual in both English and French, both spoken and written.
    • Work experience in shipping and receiving or similar role.
    • Experience with software such as Navision, Excel and Outlook an asset.
    • Punctual and Reliable.
    • Quick learner with exceptional work ethics.
