Responsibilities
Daily tasks will be:
- Accompany customers through the online shopping process by providing relevant advice.
- Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, phone and other communication channels and manage their issues;
- Handle store inquiries and complaints;
- Manage merchandise returns and track lost packages;
- Ensure a high level of customer service for online and in-store customers.
- Help build customer loyalty and encourage customers to store more online and in-store.
- Implement and prepare the report to measure the effectiveness of the service.
- Be the link between the different departments for follow-up (product quality / warehouse service / IT for new project etc...)
- Ensure departmental procedures are updated;
- Provide support to operations and sales.
Qualifications
Do you have what it takes for this position?
- Completed college degree;
- Minimum of one year experience in a similar position or in the customer service field;
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and websites;
- Fluently bilingual;
- Autonomous, good team player, good judgment, positive and dynamic attitude;
