Advantages
- Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm with 2 days per week from 9:30am to 18:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
- Work from home but must be available to report to the office 1 day every 2 weeks

Responsibilities
- First level collections NO HARD COLLECTIONS CALLS, just reminders or information update (e.g. expired credit card, or NSF notices)
- Manage outbound and inbound calls to resolve delinquency cases.
- Maintain phone/email follow-up with clients.
- Follow up / complete administrative tasks associated with incoming calls.
You MUST be comfortable with Microsoft Office tools and have at least a DEC (post-secondary studies) to be considered.
Qualifications
- DEC required
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Possess 1 year minimum experience in a similar role
- Computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and ability to work with minimal supervision
