Responsibilities
-Lead and guide a team of customer service representatives
Create a pleasant, stimulating and team-oriented work environment
-Provide leadership and coaching to staff. Supervise and develop the team
-Ensure overall performance management (KPIs)
-Participate in employee selection and development
-Manage schedules
-Achieve business and corporate goals, visions and objectives
-Produce analyses and reports and formulate recommendations and strategies
Qualifications
-Relevant experience in team management
-A degree in management, administration or related discipline will be considered a plus
-Strong problem solving skills
-Bilingualism required
-Understanding of technology and the telecommunications environment
-Strong organizational skills
-High level of motivation
-Methodology and knowledge of business processes
