job description

Our client in Dorval in the power tools industry is currently looking for a customer service and order desk representative.

We are looking for a detail-oriented meticulous individual with strong
organizational skills to join our marketing team on a full-time, permanent basis.
 Must be fluently bilingual and able to work on a MAC platform.
We are a leader in the distribution of machinery, tools and parts and deal with
well known retailers across Canada. 

Respond to inquiries by email, online and by telephone
- Redistribute others emails or calls to the people concerned
- Help customers with online orders
- Direct contact with transport companies and booking transports
- Entering and reviewing invoices in the system
- Provide information on products and services
- Respond to customers on social networks for all web related inquiries
- Online order tracking
- Prepare quotes, enter skus and data entry involved.
- Maintain good communication between customers and vendors
- Inventory control
- Perform all other tasks requested by the manager
