    Assist in all aspects of sales and customer service functions of small, but fast-paced

    Responsibilities
    Assist in all aspects of sales and customer service functions of small, but fast-paced
    the company supplying equipment to dealers and direct customers.
    This includes sales support, customer support, admin support
    • Confirm order entry, lead time for delivery, payment terms, and tracking info with
    customers.
    • Coordinate with Customer Service/Admin Rep and Warehouse any outgoing
    freight.
    • Coordinate Returned Goods and ensure accurate processing.
    • Answer phones in coordination with office staff.
    • Assist customers (Dealers/Direct) with quotes for a product, freight, and delivery.
    • Review orders for entry into ERP system for accuracy and enter into the system,

    Qualifications
    - Strong verbal and written communication skills
    - Proficient computer knowledge
    - Basic knowledge of Excel
    - Familiarity with ERP systems
    - Critical thinking skills
    - A motivated individual looking for growth
