As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for responding to the needs of customers who contact you for product information, orders and returns. You will have the chance to work on site for a company located in Boucherville from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. for a total of 37.5/hrs week.

Responsibilities
As a customer service advisor, you will have to interact with various customers who have questions about the company's services and products, while providing impeccable after-sales service. These are mostly incoming calls and emails.
You will also have to take orders by email and submit them through their ERP system. You will also have to manage the request for returns and the invoicing.
Qualifications
- You are bilingual (English and French written and spoken)
- You must have experience in customer service on the phone and have already taken orders
- Experience working with an ERP system, an asset
- Good knowledge of the Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- That the field of publishing and pedagogy interests you
- Be able to travel to Boucherville to work face-to-face
- Must be available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
