    • Welcome and redirect visitors
    • Answer the phone and direct calls
    • Keep the premises clean, order office supplies and organize meetings
    • Follow up on correspondence
    • All other related administrative tasks

    Qualifications
    The qualifications required for this position of customer service representative / administrative assistant in the furniture field in downtown Montreal:

    • Perfectly bilingual (French/English, written and spoken)
    • Diploma in administration or relevant experience in the field
    • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
    • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
    • Interpersonal, stress management and organizational skills
