Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
Accurately process and verify customer orders
Stay up to date with product knowledge to offer effective customer advice
Act as a liaison between customers, sales representatives, and store personnel
Follow internal policies, including safety and loss prevention protocols

Experience in customer service or sales
Bilingual (French and English), with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in B2B and/or the manufacturing sector is a strong asset
