Our client in the international transport industry is seeking motivated, dynamic candidates, who are passionate to offer the highest level of service to customers and provide all the information regarding the products and services of the company.

As a customer service representative (CSR) you will be responsible for:

- Handling customer inquiries, inform about promotions, materials to explain features about goods or services
- Maintain an end-to-end relationship with clients
- Email management; escalate comments to help design products and/or services to better adapt them to customer needs.
- Providing excellent service in a timely manner, finding solutions related to the contracted products and services

What are we looking for?

- Corporate experience in a call center environment - between 3 and 5 years of experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to control interactions with customers using persuasion and influencing skills.
- Speaks English - French, and Spanish is an asset
- Have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
