job description

Our client, a leader in the benefits/insurance industry is looking for 1 customer service agents for their call center.

You will be responsible for:
- Answering calls from clients, processing transactions, resolving issues and responding to inquiries related retirement plans;
- Building and maintaining a professional relationship with all participants;
- Navigating in different systems and providing clients with appropriate information as needed;
- Researching on behalf of participants and conduct follow up calls with participants.;
- Responding to participants inquiries via email and over the phone.

Location : Downtown Montreal (Square Victoria metro)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8h to 20h (rotation)
Hours : 37.5 hours per week after training
Salary : 16$/h
Start date: July 15th 2019
Temporary contract - 5 weeks

Qualifications
- Bilingualism is mandatory (French and English) - Written and Spoken;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center position ( In a bank);
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Ability to navigate between multiple computer applications at the same time.
