    Our client in Dollard Des Ormeaux is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative. The role of the after sales representative is to provide excellent service to our customers and to support our customers in the following areas our in-house team. The candidate will report directly to the Customer Service Supervisor and will work closely with our Customer Service Representatives and Solution Specialists.

    He or she will be responsible for all follow-ups of deliveries from our suppliers to our customers.



    Advantages
    Monday - Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM or 8:30AM-5PM
    Salary $55,000-$65,000 based on experience
    2 weeks of vacation (negotiable according to experience)
    After the 3 months probation/training, hybrid formula (3 days in office in DDO and 2 days work from home
    Profit shares and premiums
    RRSP, 4% contribution from the company
    Medical and dental benefits

    Responsibilities
    Duties and Responsibilities
    Follow up on deliveries to suppliers
    Update the ERP system
    Communicating information to clients
    Enter customer orders
    Shopping for non-stock products
    Responding to sales order reminders


    Enter customer orders and purchase orders
    Make purchases of non-stock products
    Purchase consumables for the department
    Make quotations based on information provided by internal vendors
    Respond to customer order follow-ups
    Follow up with suppliers
    Enroll employees in required training for qualification platforms (e.g. Cognibox)

    Qualifications
    DEC General
    Min 2 years experience in a similar role;
    Bilingualism French/English, both written and oral.
    Experience and desire to serve clients.
    Good user of the Office suite.
    Results-oriented and able to manage a variable workload;
    Oral, written and interpersonal communication skills;
    Good ability to manage several priorities at once;
    Excellent organizational and teamwork skills.
