We are currently looking for a customer service representative for a high end furniture company in Dorval.

As a customer service representative you will:
- Manage customer inquiries, requests and complaints via phone, email, and online chat
- Handle warranty claims, property damage claims, or missing pieces requests
- Update and maintain client files 
- Respond to inquiries from your retail locations
- Handle requests for service technicians 
- Assisting customers after products are purchased at retail stores 
- Confirm deliveries 
- Answer all incoming calls from external clients and internal staff (retail stores) 
- Follow-up with clients in regards to repair requests 
- Enter claim reports with manufacturers

Advantages
Tuesday -Wednesday - Thursday
3 Days a week
3 weeks vacation
Full benefits (medical / dental)
18$-20$/hr


Qualifications
- Great communications skills in English and French
- 2 years’ experience in a customer service role 
- High School diploma required 
- Someone with innovation and strong initiative
- Good user of the Office suite.
- Results-oriented and able to manage a variable workload;
- Oral, written and interpersonal communication skills;
- Good ability to manage several priorities at once;
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills.
