    Responsibilities
    - To provide the perfect customer experience to all current customers, prospects and business partners
    · Build sustainable relationships of trust with all stakeholders, through open, interactive and initiative
    communication.
    · To comprehensively record the customers complete specification including product and all required
    commercial terms
    · Work closely with our principle vendors to ensure our customer’s specifications are conveyed and
    successfully fulfilled
    · Manage incoming phone calls from customers.
    · Respond promptly to incoming emails from customers
    · Prepare and submit quotations
    · Entering of orders into our computer system.
    · Promptly informing customers in any changes to their agreed to commercial and product terms.
    · Use the provided reporting tools to ensure that customers orders are proceeding as promised

    Qualifications
    At least 1-3 years in Customer service experience required
    Looking for someone who is self-motivated
    Someone who is good at solving problems
    Perfectly bilingual English and French (spoken and written fluently)
    Dynamic, passionate and not afraid to make errors
    Excellent knowledge of MS Office
    Working in a fast pace environment
