    Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented, bilingual customer service representative looking to work in the West Island? Our client, a market leader in tool distribution is looking for someone to join their Dorval location.

    We are looking for a detail-oriented meticulous individual with strong
    organizational skills to join our a full-time, permanent basis.

    Responsibilities
    The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Customer assistance and service (incoming phone calls and emails)
    Parts order processing
    Administrating online Parts store
    Customer dispute resolution
    Return Goods Authorization/Machine Repair Tracking
    Service Center liaison and follow-up
    Shipping and logistics liaison

    Qualifications
    - Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in similar position
    - Excellent customer service experience
    - Strong MS Office skills (highly proficient in Excel)
    - Must be bilingual, French and English
    - Ability to work well and maintain composure under pressure, meet deadlines and work with minimum supervision.
