Do you enjoy interacting with people and providing them with excellent customer service? If so, we have a great opportunity for you! Our client, a Telecommunication Company is looking for a Customer Service Representatives to work a 2-month assignment with potential to become permanent in downtown Toronto. The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week at a rate of $20 per hour.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Respondto customer requests in a prompt, accurate and professional manner.
• Handle any inquiries which require investigation or follow-up
• Ensure requests and inquiries are transferred to the appropriate area
• Develop and maintain good client relationships while ensuring confidentiality

Qualifications
• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle tasks in a professional manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to successfully work in a team environment
