Our customer in Dorval is currently looking for an after-sales support position. The After-Sales Customer Service Representative is responsible for coordinating all activities related to defective products in order to support the after-sales team. This includes creating warranty claims data reports, interpreting data, analyzing results and researching trends to obtain information on the performance of various products.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

Supporting the After Sales team by coordinating the defective product activities by gathering, evaluation and organizing all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries

Maintaining a record of all claims submitted, returned/rejected, or paid and their current status

Process replacement orders, RMA and credit notes in relations to customer complaints/claims

Directing requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource or department

Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions in SAP ( internal notes)

Coordinating repair, return and complaints with the team

Advising representative of reoccurring matter for guidance and awareness

Attending all necessary training for product knowledge, SAP or process related

Advantages

After 3 months, based on performance the employee will have the opportunity to work from home 1 times per week
4% salary bonus. Based on performance
Salary $40,000-$50,000

Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications

Skills:

Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in French & English
Experience in customer service
Strong organizational skills
Solution oriented
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to multi-task
Knowledge of the electrical, lighting industry an asset
Knowledge of SAP is an asset
