Do you enjoy helping people and providing good customer service? If so, you would be a great candidate for our client, a large bank holding company specializing in credit cards and other banking products, as a Customer Service Representative (Fraud Agent) for their North York office.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with both internal and external customers (customers and vendors) by providing order entry and loan servicing support over the phone.

Duties will include:
*Investigating credit card Fraud or abuse of cardholder information
*Investigating and resolving cases in the respective queues
*Investigating fraudulent claims to determine responsible party
*Performing chargebacks
*Ensuring the reliability and integrity of information contained in the system
*Assisting in analyzing high-risk transactions for oddities and case patterns
*Prepare manual customer correspondence

Work for a large bank holding company specializing in credit cards and loans
North York location (Victoria Park and Sheppard Ave E)
7 month contract
Monday to Friday - 8am to 8pm shifts
Start date: ASAP

Previous experience in call centre environment
Previous fraud investigation, credit card, and banking experience ideal
Minimum 6 months exp in back-office environment
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical and math skills
Strong PC skills
