Customer service representative - Hybrid

Responsibilities
-Be in frequent contact with customers by phone and email;
-Take care of customer requests and enter orders;
-Handle complaints;
-Analyze and validate data;
-Produce various reports;
-Follow up on orders with other departments

Qualifications
-You have a college diploma in a relevant discipline;
-You have experience in sales and customer service (an asset);
-You are bilingual, spoken and written (French and English);
-You have good problem solving skills;
-You have good organizational skills and attention to detail;
-You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite;
-You have a positive, problem-solving attitude;
-You have the ability to work in a team environment;
-You are diplomatic
