Our client is an industry leader in the industrial equipment category. They are looking for a sharp Customer Service Representative to join their Ville Saint Laurent location.
You will be the point person to receive customer inquiries and answer first-level requests. You then pass the torch to the appropriate sales team member. You will do follow-ups and work as a team to efficiently address customer needs.

Schedule: Mon to Fri 8 to 4:30 *Hybrid work schedule*

Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls/emails and provide excellent customer service
Compile a daily list of sales leads, delegate leads to the sales department, and provide sales data
Identify customers who have the most potential to make a purchase and then transfer them to the appropriate sales representative
Monitor call flow and create a monthly report
Interact with sales representatives via phone and emails
Contact point for sales representatives
Providing support in translating documents/communication in French and English
Providing occasional support to the Marketing team
Qualifications
2 years of previous experience in a similar role
Advanced computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel
Experience with SAP would be an asset
Ability to give great customer service, develop relations and handle customer concerns
Excellent communication skills – French and English –speaking and writing
Strong sense of responsibility and proactivity
Well-developed organizational and time management skills
