Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of sales administration process for all international customers
- Process improvement to the current sales administration process
- Coordinating department projects
- Working with competing demands with strict deadlines
- Develop and implement processes to drive performance within departments to establish benchmarks in customer service
- Remaining in line with business objectives, budgets, and KPIs
- Eventual support, training, and onboarding of customer support team (2-3 people)
- Leading and coaching support staff within company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- Experience as a team lead or supervisor is a strong asset
- Ability to handle order management via phone and email
- Experience with SAP and AS400 and/or PowerBI
- Bilingualism in French or Spanish is an asset
- Experience working in packaging, consumer goods, pharma or distribution is a strong asset
- Ability to work in a small team environment independently
- Ability to track and measure KPIs with respect to customer service, logistics, and sales
