    Our Client in Vaudreuil-Dorion is currently expanding and looking to fill a position on its Customer Service team for their 24/7 operations.

    Do you have great communication skills, patience, and attention to detail ? Do you work in the retail or the restaurant industry and looking to change career with a great company? If yes, then this Customer Service role is the job for you!


    Advantages
    - Salary: $18-20hr
    - Extended health care
    - RSPS program
    - 8 hour shifts Monday to Friday
    - 4 pm-midnight
    - must be available for training during the day


    Responsibilities
    - Enforce directives defined in our Certificate Policies.
    - Verification and validation of identify documents
    - Approve certificate requests
    - Provide courteous, prompt and professional service to our customers
    - Assist in resolving customer questions and concerns by phone/email
    - Follow up with customers


    Qualifications
    - High school diploma or equivalent required
    - Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
    - Great patience and good communicator
    - Previous experience in a customer service environment
    - Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Windows)
    - Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written (French Proficiency - Verbal)
    - Canadian Citizenship (Required)
    - Drivers Permit (Required)
