Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM (25 hours/weeks), possibility for more during busy periods

Responsibilities
-To provide excellent customer service
-Create a professional and collaborative relationship with each of our business clients
-Perform order entry
-Support our customers in their needs such as returns, order modifications and
other
-Provide various information on our products and services
-Coordinate the preparation and shipping of orders with our logistics and
logistics and transportation team
-Follow up on our customers' orders for the duration of their projects
-Support the sales team in obtaining the best business results
-Work closely with the logistics, sales and finance team
Qualifications
-Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French
-Experience in customer service
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
-Dynamic
-Team work
-Professionalism
-Attention to detail
-Excellent communication skills
