Our client is an industry leader in the industrial equipment category. They are looking for a sharp Customer Service Representative to join their parts department at their Ville Saint Laurent location.

Schedule: Mon to Fri 8:30 to 5 *ONSITE work*
3 weeks of vacation

Responsibilities
Receiving requests for quotations through phone, fax, email
Answering customer inquiries regarding parts identification and breakdowns
Taking opportunities to up-sell, make suggestions and provide advice on services /parts
Using our CRM software to record and retrieve client information, verify inventory, process quotations, and submit purchase orders
Ensuring consistent follow-ups
Maintaining an on-going liaison with clients and our warehouse
Submit parts creation requests if needed
Qualifications
2 years of previous experience in a similar role
MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel
Great customer service
Excellent communication skills – French and English –speaking and writing
Strong sense of responsibility and proactivity
Your well-developed organizational and time management skills
Team spirit
