Do you have exceptional customer service skills and have a passion for print & design? Are you looking for a new challenge? Are you looking to join an awesome, progressive industry leader? If your answers are yes then we may have the perfect opportunity for you. We are currently looking for a customer service professional to join the customer care team based close to Downtown Vancouver. You should come with a background & working knowledge around print & design. This is a full time position and our hours are Monday to Friday 9AM to 5:30PM. The compensation for the role is $45K

Duties include but are not limited to:-

- Deal with all inbound customer queries via phone, email, live chat and walk ins
- Ensure orders are shipped timely and accurately
- Responsible for accurate entry and tracking of customer orders and resulting follow-up and communication with customers
- Provide excellent customer service with every interaction
- Provide excellent product knowledge
- Complete reports requested by management
- Order management
- Other duties as assigned

- Min of 3 years customer service experience, ideally in a fast paced customer care team
- Post-secondary education
- Experience or working knowledge around print and/or design
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Excellent attention to detail
- Can handle working in a fast paced environment
- Excellent computer skills with a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
- Work well as part of a team
