    We are currently looking for several bilingual customer service agents to be part of a wonderful team in the optical field. This Montreal-based company is experiencing tremendous growth in Canada and the United States and is becoming a leader in the industry.

    Position: Customer Service Agent
    When: As soon as possible
    Location: 100% telecommuting
    Schedule: 9-5 / 10-6 / 11-7 / or part-time, students welcome
    Salary: $17.10/hr

    Responsibilities
    -Answer customer questions via inbound calls, emails and e-chat
    -Process orders from boutiques and follow up internally
    -Follow up on orders with the laboratory
    -Enter information into the system (customer prescription data)
    -Be in contact with the clients' optometrists

    Qualifications
    -Be proactive and autonomous
    -Bilingual FR/EN
    -Relevant experience in customer service
    -High school diploma
