Responsibilities
- High quality customer service with corporate clients, phone and email
- Order taking (Oracle, SAP)
- Follow-up of files and orders
- Ensure the accuracy of information given to the customer and communicate with various departments if necessary
- Research and collect information on complaints, returns and credits
- Any other task related to the management of accounts and customers
Qualifications
- DEC required and experience in a relevant field is an asset;
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the field of customer service;
- Bilingualism required: French and English, spoken and written (minimum English 7/10);
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite & knowledge of Oracle and/or SAP considered an asset;
