job description

Our client, a leading accounting firm, at their office in Richmond Hill is looking for Customer Service candidates. You will work full-time hours and earn up to $18 per on a 2-month contract (with high possibility of extension), and be responsible for the following:

Answer inbound calls related to lottery and ticket inquires and provide excellent Customer Service. First level troubleshooting regarding order or ticket status. No outbound calling or sales calls.

o Provide exceptional in/outbound customer service to callers
o Handle concerns regarding lottery ticket purchases
o Resolve customer complaints (ticket not received, payment issues etc)
o Data Entry – creating and updating customer files in a customized database
o Follow up on banking issues regarding purchases

Qualifications
o Proven call centre/customer service experience
o Strong verbal and written communication skills
o Strong organizational skills
o Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM with high degree of accuracy
o Problem solving and decision making skills
o Ability to multi-task
o Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
o Business savvy
