Are you looking for a new customer service position in Downtown Montreal? Do you have experience in customer service and are you bilingual?

We have a position that would be perfect for you! It is a customer service position in a contact center for the social benefits department.

What are the main responsibilities of the customer service representative?
- Answer calls from clients
- Process transactions, resolve issues and respond to inquiries related to group benefits
- Build and maintain a professional relationship with all participants
- Navigate in different systems and provide clients with appropriate information as needed
- Research on behalf of participants and conduct follow up calls with participants
- Respond to participants inquiries via email and over the phone

Additional details concerning the customer service representative position in Montreal:
Location is in Downtown Montreal, near the metro station Square Victoria
Schedule is from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 20:00 (rotation)
Working Hours are 37.5 hours per week after the training
Competitive Salary: 16$/h
Length of contract: 3-month contract with possibility of permanency

Qualifications
What are the requirements of a customer service representative in Montreal?
- Bilingualism is mandatory (French and English both spoken and written)
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office(Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to navigate between multiple computer applications at the same time
